Halloween 2009

Sometimes the family chooses themed Halloween costumes but it gets harder and harder each year for them to all agree on something. I was ready this year to forget the family theme and let each kid pick their own random costumes. Then I could try and finally use past costumes again. The only thing Blake wanted to be was a football player, Audrey wanted to be a witch and Jackson changed his mind every day. Somehow, this is what we ended up with...I promise, this was the kid's idea.
Blake's new BYU jersey started it all. He was so excited to put on this jersey, but mostly excited about the helmet. He was in the back practicing throwing with it on to see if he could still see okay.
Audrey initially wanted to be a witch, but when everyone else picked BYU costumes, she did not want to be left out. We adjusted her old cheer leading outfit with Aunt Erica's old high school cheer skirt and she was good to go.
Jackson wanted to be a cougar. Not just any cougar... COSMO cougar. Luckily, while I was at the BYU game in October I spotted this hat. I found a fuzzy sweatshirt at Ross and Grandma Cannon helped to sew up a tail. He was so cute!
Chase was our "little" Linebacker. He's working on gaining weight for next season.
For our ward party, Matt was Bronco and I was a Referee.
Go COUGARS!

Chase may have already reached his Lbs goal for next year... LAST YEAR! What a classic Cannon's family Halloween. Love it.
