ON YOUR MARK...GET SET...GO!!!

The kids racing at the park was hilarious.  Cooper and Jackson were trying so hard to keep up.
After hours of lizard hunting,  the kids decided that the lizards are actually the fastest.  Audrey and Zach even made a homemade lizard trap but to no avail.  They never got one lizard, but sure had fun trying!

Joneses Visit April 2008
Clark and Angie came to visit with their 4 boys for their spring break.  They camped in the backyard, had a picnic at the park,  played football for hours, and then relaxed in the hot tub.  We had a GREAT time!

Playing with the Macintosh

Our Mac has the feature to distort pictures taken with the included camera.  The kids could play with this for hours.

Rub the belly for good luck

As you can tell from the creases in Chase's forearms, he doesn't miss many meals.  With his clothes off, you can see the resemblance to a Buddha statue.  We like to rub his tummy for good luck.
He takes after all of his siblings in physique.  That first 6-9 months, the Cannon kids can really pack it on.

One Month Old

It's hard to believe that Chase turned a month old on March 25th.  It seems like the interrupted nights have gone on forever.
He weighed in at 9 lb. 14 oz. at his last doctor's appointment, and he is doing well.  With his constant eating, I'm sure that his BMI will start to increase dramatically.  Hopefully, the hours slept at night without waking will increase dramatically also.  Dad really needs it.

Frank Sinatra, eat your heart out

Ol' Blue Eyes has nothing on Audrey.  She truly is a blessing.  She is always willing to help, regardless of what the task may be.  Sometimes it is giving Jackson a bath and getting him ready for bed.  Other times she unloads the dishwasher.  But her favorite job is helping with Chase.  She carries him around as long as her muscles can hold out.  She loves to feed him and hold him on her lap.  She is a great helper and a great sister.

He's a Chameleon

Like the classically trained actors, Jackson is able to change his appearance at the snap of a finger.  From happy to sad, mad (top) to surprised (bottom), he has mastered the ability to change his mood.  I think you'll be seeing his acceptance speech at the Oscars sometime in the near future.

I think I can get used to Chase

Everyday Jackson is concerned about Chase.  When Chase cries, Jackson is the first to run to him to see what he needs.  When Chase is fussy, Jackson grabs either a bottle or a dookie-dookie (Jackson's term for pacifier).
Stephanie took these pictures the other day of Jackson just watching Chase on the bed.
